Guadalupe "Lupe" Catarina Rodriguez Lupe Rodriguez is an institutional investor, board director, and governance strategist with more than 30 years of experience across global private markets, family offices, entrepreneurship, and U.S. public service. She serves as Chief Investment Officer of NorthLight, a single-family office, and holds board chair and director seats across investment, family office, and venture platforms. Her investment expertise spans venture capital, private equity, private credit, real assets, and direct and co-investments, with a focus on designing investment vehicles that align the interests of shareholders, customers, employees, and communities.
Earlier in her career she held senior leadership roles as Chief Investment Officer and Chief Strategy Officer within a global single-family office, and founded a women-led venture firm dedicated to advancing female wealth. Before entering private markets, Rodriguez spent more than a decade in Washington, D.C. in roles spanning government, regulatory affairs, and public policy connected to two U.S. presidential administrations. In 2026 she was appointed to a U.S. Governor's Advisory Council.
She is the founder of the Good Governance Institute (2024), focused on governance, succession, stewardship, and generational capital transition, and of Good Gals (2026), a community advancing women in investment and leadership. She works, in her words, at the frontier where power, purpose, and human potential converge.
