Fernando Rodríguez Saiz

Fernando Rodriguez Saiz is Investment Director at Profuturo, one of Mexico’s leading pension fund administrators, with more than MXN 1.9 trillion in assets under management. He has over 19 years of experience in investment management and the development of institutional investment strategies. Under his leadership, Profuturo has established itself as a benchmark in the industry, consistently delivering some of the strongest results in Mexico’s pension fund system. He has driven the transformation of the company’s investment model through the adoption of artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and international best practices, strengthening risk management, governance, and the sustained creation of value.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in financial management from Tecnológico de Monterrey and an MBA from IPADE Business School. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations, as well as the Certificate in ESG Investing from CFA Institute, among other professional certifications.

He is currently completing a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence Applied to Business at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
