Ramon Escobar is a Managing Director at Actum and a Senior Advisor at the Milken Institute, where he bridges global capital, technology, and policy. A former U.S. National Security Council director for Western Hemisphere Strategy, Ramon has shaped strategies on critical minerals, infrastructure, and emerging technologies that define U.S.–Latin America engagement. Today, he advises leading venture firms, mining companies, and financial institutions, helping them scale innovation, mobilize capital, and forge cross-regional alliances.
