
Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Newtopia VC, an early-stage venture capital firm which invests in startups from and for Latin America. In 2024 he was appointed President of ARCAP (Asociación Argentina de Capital Privado, Emprendedor y Semilla). He was previously founder of Marea Venture Partners, a firm focused on value chain transformation, digitalization, open innovation and corporate venturing, working with governments, NGOs, corporations and startups. Lawyer from Austral University, and as a partner of Tanoira Cassagne Law Firm, his career was focused on entrepreneurship and venture capital, both in advising startups and funds and in collaboration with leading institutions which promote entrepreneurship in Argentina. He had a Master's in Business Law, and postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property and Corporate Finance. From 2013 to 2015 he served as General Director of Entrepreneurs from the City of Buenos Aires, and from 2015 to 2019 as the Secretary of Entrepreneurs and SMEs from the Ministry of Production of Argentina. While in charge, he was awarded with the “National Policy Leadership” Award in the Startup Nations Summit 2017 in Tallinn, Estonia.
