Amanpreet Singh

Mr. Singh is Managing Director in MUFG’s Sustainable Finance Department in Asia Pacific. In this capacity, he engages and advises clients from all sectors and has played an active role in over 250 Sustainable Financing deals across the region. Under his leadership, MUFG was awarded the “Best ESG Bank – APAC” and “Best Sustainable Finance Advisor – APAC” award by The Asset and many transactions have received awards from FinanceAsia and Euromoney. As one of MUFG’s Sustainable Finance experts, Mr. Singh represents the Bank on key initiatives such as the Chair, Industry Advisory Panel for ASEAN Working Committee on Capital Markets Development and Monetary Authority of Singapore’s (MAS) Singapore Sustainable Finance Association (SSFA) Blended Finance Workstream co-chair, Mr. Singh has an MBA from University of Oxford UK (Said Business School). He has also completed an executive course on sustainable finance and ESG investing from NYU Stern Business School, US. and is a certified Green and Sustainable Finance ProfessionalTM by Chartered Banker Institute UK.
