Allan Zeman

Dr. Allan Zeman is the Chairman of the Lan Kwai Fong Group, a prominent property developer in Hong Kong's entertainment district. Under his leadership, the company has expanded into cities across China, including Chengdu and the Greater Bay Area. He also owns Paradise Properties Group in Thailand, featuring prestigious developments like the Andara Resort and Villas in Phuket. Zeman's board experience includes directorships at the "Star" Ferry Company and Pacific Century Premium Developments, as well as independent directorships in companies such as Sino Land and Television Broadcasts Limited. He is the Non-Executive Chairman of Wynn Macau Limited. Having lived in Hong Kong for over 55 years, Zeman has contributed significantly to community services. He chaired Hong Kong Ocean Park from 2003 to 2014 and served on the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority's Board, chairing both the Performing Arts Committee and the Commercial Letting Panel. He was also a board member of the Airport Authority of Hong Kong and chaired its Business Development Committee. Additionally, Zeman is a member of the HKSAR Chief Executive Council of Advisors and participates in various committees focused on Hong Kong's development, tourism, and culture. In 2025, he was appointed as a Special Advisor to the HK Science and Technology Park I&T Powerhouse, aiming to inspire innovation. Recognized for his leadership, Zeman serves on the Board of Governors of The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and the Clinical Governance Committee at the Hong Kong Sanatorium Hospital.
