Zineb Bennani

Zineb Bennani is the Chief Executive Officer of Mirova U.S., the sustainable investment affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers. She was appointed CEO in 2023, alongside serving as Global Head of Business Development, where she leads the firm’s expansion and client strategy in key international markets. Zineb has been with Mirova since its founding in 2012 and brings nearly two decades of experience within the broader Natixis group, having begun her career there in 2005. Her tenure at Mirova spans a wide range of senior leadership roles, including Chief Operating and Development Officer, Deputy Chief Investment Officer, and Equity Portfolio Manager, as well as leadership positions in governance research, engagement, and client relations. Throughout her career, Zineb has been closely involved in advancing sustainable and responsible investing strategies. She has also contributed to industry initiatives focused on corporate governance and business ethics, participating in organizations such as the French Asset Management Association and the International Corporate Governance Network. She holds a master’s degree in sustainable development from Université de Sherbrooke and a master’s in management from ESCEM (France).
