Victoria Barbary

Victoria Barbary is a Senior Advisor at the Milken Institute, where her work sits at the intersection of sovereign capital, geoeconomic strategy and climate finance. She brings nine years of experience as Director of Strategy and Communications at the International Forum of Sovereign Wealth Funds (IFSWF), where she was a central voice on sovereign wealth fund governance, portfolio strategy and sustainable investment. She has contributed extensively to research and policy dialogue on how long-term investors can align mandates with disruptive secular trends, and has participated in major convenings on behalf of the sovereign wealth fund community. She has a PhD in History from the University of Cambridge.
