Troy Dixon

Troy Dixon is Managing Director, Co-Head of Global Markets at Tradeweb, a global leader in electronic trading across asset classes, averaging more than $2.8 trillion in daily trading volume. A member of Tradeweb's Executive Committee, Dixon jointly oversees the firm's global markets strategy. Prior to joining Tradeweb in 2025, Dixon was Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Hollis Park Partners and led RMBS Trading at Deutsche Bank and Pass-Through Trading at UBS. Dixon serves on several boards including the Smithsonian National Portrait Gallery. He earned his B.A. from College of the Holy Cross, where he was a two-sport varsity athlete.
