Trisha Worthington is a revenue leader for U.S. Ski & Snowboard, where she returned in 2014 after building and running the Park City Community Foundation. She oversees fundraising for the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team Foundation—growing the annual fund from $2M to $30M+ and leading three capital campaigns that created a $90M endowment, and helped build the organization’s Park City training hub, the Center of Excellence. In 2022, she expanded her portfolio to include commercial partnerships; since then, partnership revenue has more than tripled—fueling further support for 11 teams and 250+ athletes.
