Temirlan Tileshev

Temirlan Tileshev is a Head of Real Estate and Infrastructure investment team and a member of the Investment Committee at the National Investment Corporation of the National Bank of Kazakhstan (NIC NBK). Mr. Tileshev is responsible for managing part of Kazakhstan’s sovereign assets across global real estate and infrastructure opportunities.

Mr. Tileshev held different positions within the NIC NBK, starting as an analyst in Private Equity investment team. Mr. Tileshev moved to Real Estate and Infrastructure team at NIC NBK in 2023 to help establish Infrastructure investment portfolio. Prior to joining NIC NBK in 2020, Mr. Tileshev was at Credit Suisse International working at Structured Equity Derivatives Sales & Trading team based London office. Before that, Mr. Tileshev’s background includes various experiences, including investment research intern at a Venture Capital firm and a Software Developer role.

Mr. Tileshev holds both BSc (Hons) in Investment and Financial Risk Management and MSc in Financial Mathematics from Bayes Business School (fka Cass Business School) in London. Mr. Tileshev is a CFA charterholder since 2023 and a CAIA charterholder since 2025.
