Taavi Madiberk is a European tech founder building technology companies rooted in hardware, power systems, and large-scale manufacturing. He has co-founded three deep-tech companies with a combined valuation exceeding €1 billion, operating across AI infrastructure, energy systems, and defense. As CEO and Co-Founder of Skeleton Technologies, Taavi leads a company focused on what has become the binding constraint for AI deployment: power. Skeleton builds the power infrastructure layer required to scale AI reliably under real-world constraints. The company designs, manufactures, and deploys mission-critical power systems for AI data centers, modern grids, and defense. Skeleton works with global industrial leaders including Siemens, GE, Hitachi Energy, and Honda, employs 300+ people across Europe, the U.S., and the UAE.
Beyond Skeleton, Taavi is Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Frankenburg Technologies, a defense technology company focused on industrial-scale production of advanced air defense systems. Across these companies, the logic is consistent: when systems are power-constrained, safety-critical, and need to be deployed at scale, winning requires control over physics, hardware, and manufacturing. Since founding his first company at 21, Taavi has raised €400 million+ from leading industrial and strategic investors.
