Scott Rubner

Scott Rubner is Head of Equity and Equity Derivatives Strategy at Citadel Securities, where he leads institutional strategy and content across the firm’s global equity and equity derivatives franchise. He partners closely with institutional investors to deliver differentiated insights across retail, markets, flows, positioning, and risk. Scott brings more than 20 years of experience in trading and financial services. Prior to joining Citadel Securities, he was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where he held senior sales roles spanning macro content and equity derivatives, advising some of the world’s largest institutional investors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Providence College and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
