Sarang Gadkari

Sarang Gadkari is co-head of Global Capital Markets at BofA Securities, the institutional broker dealer business of Bank of America. In this role, he leads a team covering clients in all industries globally through five primary businesses: Equity Capital Markets, Investment Grade Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance, Rates and Currencies Solutions, and Capital Markets Advisory. In addition, Gadkari is co-head of Global Capital Solutions. Previously, Gadkari served as co-head of Global Leveraged Finance, responsible for the origination, structuring and syndication of loan and bond financings in the non-investment grade coverage area. Prior to that, he was head of U.S. Leveraged Finance. Having joined the firm in 1994, Gadkari has held senior positions in loan syndications, high yield and leveraged finance. He has significant deal experience spanning healthcare, technology, general industrials and private equity across a range of industry verticals. Gadkari is a member of the Bank of America Management Committee and Global Corporate & Investment Banking Executive Committee. Additionally, he serves as the Market Sponsor for the Central New York suburban area. He is also a board member for BofA Securities. Gadkari holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Swarthmore College.
