Sara Elizabeth Ivanhoe

Sara Elizabeth Ivanhoe, M.A., Ph.D., teaches Sleep for Peak Performance at Stanford University and serves as Director of the Office for Religious & Spiritual Life. With over 30 years of teaching experience, Dr. Ivanhoe has served as the yoga spokesperson for Weight Watchers: Yoga, Yoga for Dummies, and Crunch: Yoga, and was a yoga columnist for Health magazine for three years. She co-created Just Breathe, a program in yoga, breathwork, and meditation developed in partnership with Oprah Magazine.
