Raelan Lambert is a global leader in the Alternatives industry. From 2019 to 2025, she led
Mercer’s global alternatives business, growing AUM by 20% to over $40B and annual
revenue by 10%.
Lambert's experience dates to 2005 at LPCA, where she helped scale the organization,
held leadership roles, and advised on private equity, special situations and co-investments.
In 2016, she became Global Head of Private Debt, overseeing business
development and investment execution. Her previous roles include positions at Google,
American Express, and Goldman Sachs.
She holds a BA in French Language and Literature from the University of Virginia and is
fluent in French. Lambert has received several awards for her contributions to the industry
and has been featured in various media outlets.
