Mark Behrman

Mark Behrman has over 35 years of operational, financial, executive management, and investment banking experience. He is currently Chairman and CEO of LSB Industries (NYSE:LXU). The Company, headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is committed to playing a leadership role in the production of low and no carbon products that build, feed and power the world. The LSB team is dedicated to building a culture of excellence in customer experiences as they currently deliver essential products across the industrial and agricultural end markets and, in the future, the energy markets. The company manufactures ammonia and ammonia-related products at four multi-plant sites.

Prior to joining LSB, Mark had a 25 year career in investment banking where he focused on advising industrial companies on merger and acquisition and capital market transactions. In addition to being Chairman of LSB, Mark is Chairman of The Fertilizer Institute, the fertilizer industry's trade group. Additionally, Mark has been a director of numerous public and private companies.

Mark holds an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Minor in Finance from Binghamton University.
