Linda Hubbard

Linda Hubbard is President and Chief Executive Officer of Carhartt, Inc., a global leader in workwear apparel, footwear, and accessories. She leads the company’s strategy and vision, aligning operations to deliver on Carhartt’s promise of durable products that serve and protect hardworking people worldwide. She oversees a global team of approximately 3,000 associates and serves on the company’s Board of Directors. Over her 24-year tenure, Linda has held key leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. She is the first non-family member to serve as President and CEO in the company’s 137-year history. Under her leadership, Carhartt has expanded its product offerings and distribution channels, driving significant growth. This includes launching a dedicated women’s line and strengthening direct-to-consumer platforms, including Carhartt.com, retail stores, and Carhartt Company Gear. Prior to joining Carhartt, Linda was an audit partner at Plante Moran, advising clients across multiple industries. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Michigan State University and is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant. She is active in corporate and community leadership, serving on several boards, including the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, Barton Malow, and the Michigan State University Research Foundation.
