Liliana Reyes Castrejón is Chief Executive Officer of Fondo de Fondos (FdF), Mexico's foremost institutional investor in private capital. Since December 2025, she leads an organization managing over USD 2 billion in AUM across 120+ funds and five CKDs valued at nearly MXN 20 billion. Under her leadership, FdF is advancing a long-term mandate to consolidate as Mexico's sovereign-style vehicle for entrepreneurial capital — mobilizing institutional resources into venture capital, growth equity, and impact investing across Latin America. Previously, she served as CEO of the Mexican Private Equity and Venture Capital association (AMEXCAP) (2018–2025), where she strengthened Mexico's private equity and venture capital ecosystem and established the association as the region's leading institutional voice. Her career spans 30+ years in development banking, including roles as Head of Venture Capital at The National Institute of the Entrepreneur (INADEM) and consultant for FOMIN and the World Bank on climate finance and local economic development. Ms. Reyes holds a degree in International Affairs from UNAM, master's degrees from the London School of Economics and Instituto Universitario Ortega y Gasset (Madrid), a Diploma in Private Equity from IPADE Business School and in Corporate Finance From ITAM.
