Kirstin Hill

Kirstin Hill is President and Chief Operating Officer of Social Finance, a national nonprofit and registered investment adviser that partners with government, philanthropy, and business leaders to expand opportunity and improve lives. She leads the organization’s day-to-day operations across its impact, workforce and education investments, and public sector practice. Since its founding, Social Finance has mobilized over $500 million in new investments designed to achieve improved outcomes across a range of issue areas, including economic mobility, health, and housing, and today has more than 120 team members across five offices. Previously, she spent 25 years at Bank of America and Merrill Lynch, most recently as COO of Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, where she led an 8,000-person team within a roughly $4 trillion wealth management business. She also serves on the board of American Beacon Partners.
