Jorge Felippe

Jorge Felippe is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Almulla Capital, a family office, where he also serves as a member of the Investment Committee. He has over 20 years of experience in private equity, consulting, and industry across Europe, the Middle East and Brazil.

Throughout his career, Jorge has developed substantial expertise in building capabilities within leading organizations, driving operational improvements, and managing investment portfolios. Prior to joining Almulla Capital, he was a senior member of the investment team at Mizuho Gulf Capital, a Principal at Ashmore Private Equity, and Strategy Director at British Gas. Earlier in his career, he worked in consulting at BCG and held marketing and P&L responsibilities at P&G and Reckitt Benckiser.

Jorge holds an MBA from London Business School, as well as two bachelor’s degrees: one in Business from Fundacao Getulio Vargas and one in Advertising from the University of Sao Paulo. He is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
