Jo Jagadish

Jyotsana "Jo" Jagadish is Head of Digital Banking, Payments & Contact Centers at TD Bank U.S. She leads strategy, execution, and innovation for digital, mobile, and payments capabilities that drive the future of omnichannel experiences at TD. Jo is also part of the bank's U.S. Senior Executive Team. Previously, as Head of U.S. Commercial Bank Products and Services, she managed Product P&L for Treasury Management, Deposits, and Merchant Acquiring, overseeing launches like U.S. Business Central, Zelle for Small Business, Tap to Pay for iPhone, and SMB Digital Insights Marketplace. Before TD, Jo led New Product Development and FinTech partnerships at JPMorgan Chase Commercial Banking, developing new Treasury Management products. Earlier, she directed global digital payments strategy at Citibank, implementing Apple Pay in the U.S. and serving as Global Product Manager for Apple Pay. With nearly 20 years in financial services, Jo brings creativity and innovation to her leadership. She holds a bachelor's in engineering, electronics & communications from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), India. Jo is a 2024 honoree of American Banker's Most Powerful Women in Banking NEXT Awards and has received American Banker's "Most Powerful Women in Banking Top Team" award as well as Crain's NY "Rising Stars in Banking and Finance" distinction.
