Jeremy Gosch serves as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Hy-Vee, Inc., a $14 billion retailer, operating more than 560 retail business units across the Midwest. Hy-Vee is one of the largest privately-owned companies in the U.S., with 70,000 employees across retail, healthcare, supply chain and technology.
Gosch leads Hy-Vee’s mission of making lives easier, healthier and happier through its role as a community-based grocer and pharmacy provider. Under Gosch’s leadership, Hy-Vee has been recognized as one of the Most Trustworthy Companies in America by Newsweek, as well as Pharmacy Innovator of the Year by Drug Store News. Throughout his career, Gosch has served as a strong supporter of PBM reform and has been integral in advancing Hy-Vee’s healthcare operations across retail pharmacy, direct primary care, telehealth, pharmacy benefits and nutrition.
Gosch can also be credited for leading Hy-Vee’s hunger-fighting efforts, donating millions of meals annually to local food banks. In 2024, Hy-Vee received the premier Halo Award from Engage for Good for its efforts, earning one of the nation’s top philanthropic distinctions.
Individually, Gosch has been named one of the Most Influential People in Retail Health by Drug Store News. Gosch currently serves as an executive committee director for FMI – The Food Industry Association and serves on the Retail Industry Leaders Association board of directors. He also served on the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) board.
