Jenny McArdle

Dr. Jennifer McArdle is the General Manager of Helsing Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Helsing, Europe's largest VC-backed defense and AI company. She also serves as an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the Center for a New American Security, is a member of the editorial board at the Joint Special Operations University, and serves on the boards of Kongsberg Defense US and Smack. McArdle previously led futures and research at CAE USA and Improbable USA, respectively, helping both foreign firms develop novel capabilities and break into new US markets. A former professor, McArdle has served on Congressman Langevin's cyber advisory committee and as an expert member of a NATO technical group that developed cyber effects for the military alliance's campaign simulations. McArdle holds a Ph.D. in War Studies from King's College London, is the recipient of the RADM Fred Lewis doctoral scholarship in modeling and simulation, and is a certified modeling and simulation professional. She was named an official "Mad Scientist" by the US Army Training and Doctrine Command.
