Jason Enlow

Jason Enlow serves as Vice President of Corporate Development and Partnerships at Liberty Bank & Trust, a prominent Minority Depository Institution (MDI) based in New Orleans. In this capacity, he manages strategic collaborations, drives growth initiatives, and fosters institutional relationships that improve capital access and advance economic opportunities within underserved communities. With more than twenty years of expertise in financial services, sales leadership, and go-to-market strategy, Mr. Enlow has held senior positions at global data and technology companies, as well as earlier roles at Merrill Lynch. His professional journey covers banking, fintech, data analytics, and enterprise solutions, always with an emphasis on consultative approaches and impactful growth. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Morehouse College and a master’s degree in business transformation from Northeastern University. Mr. Enlow currently lives in New York City with his wife Johanna and their two daughters, Maya and Michelle.
