Ivan Lehon

Ivan is EY’s Global Head of Private Equity (PE) where he leads a team of PE professionals across 45 countries, advising on the most prominent global PE deals. He is widely recognized and respected across the PE industry as a commercial and influential leader and is a sought-out chair and speaker at leading international conferences. Ivan is a Senior Advisory Partner to many prominent PE clients. With more than 30 years of experience advising PE firms on strategy, transactions and advisory matters, Ivan is deeply committed to helping PE investors succeed across their value creation journeys. Ivan also serves as the EY Americas Private Equity Markets Leader and was previously the EY Global Private Equity Value Creation Leader where he focused on leveraging fund relationships to accelerate portfolio company revenue growth. Ivan is passionate about supporting clients across the entire PE enterprise. He brings a results-oriented approach to navigate the dynamic value creation landscape, identifying opportunities across sectors and throughout the deal lifecycle to reshape and transform organizations. Ivan holds a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University and an MBA in Finance/Entrepreneurial Studies from Columbia Business School. He is a CFA Charterholder, CPA and CIRA and holds his Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.
