Hiro Mizuno is a globally recognized financial executive and a prominent advocate for sustainable investment. As the Founder and CEO of Good Steward Partners, LLC, he continues to champion responsible financial practices and long-term value creation across global markets and diverse sectors. He currently holds the position of Special Advisor of TNFD, serves as an Independent Board Member of LiveWire Group Inc., and a Mission Committee Member at Danone S.A. His previous roles include Special Advisor to the CEO of MSCI, Inc., Special Envoy of the United Nations Secretary-General on Innovative Finance and Sustainable Investment, a non-managing director of Tesla, and Executive Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Japan’s Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF), where he managed the world’s largest pension fund with $1.5 trillion in assets.

Beyond his executive responsibilities, Mr. Mizuno maintains a deep engagement in global initiatives focused on addressing climate change, biodiversity, and advancing financial innovation. He collaborates closely with leading institutions to effect systemic change in capital markets and further sustainability objectives.

Furthermore, he contributes actively to academia, holding positions such as Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School and Executive Residence at Oxford Said Business School, among others.
