Frank Blackwell

Advocate and Parent

Frank Blackwell is a father of five and a committed advocate for school safety and gun violence prevention. Alongside his wife, Nancy, he has worked to honor the life and legacy of their son, Dominic, who was tragically killed in the 2019 Saugus High School shooting. In the years since, Frank has dedicated himself to advancing meaningful change through awareness, education, and advocacy. He is the founder of the DMB Foundation, an organization focused on supporting families affected by violence and promoting prevention efforts. Through this work, Frank brings a deeply personal perspective to national conversations on safety, preparedness, and the responsibility to protect future generations.
