Elizabeth Tulach is the Chief Investment Officer for The Boeing Company with responsibility for overall plan strategy, asset allocation, implementation and risk management across the Defined Benefit ($45 Billion) and Defined Contribution ($80 Billion) plans. Prior to her appointment as CIO, Liz was the Deputy Chief Investment Officer. She was the Managing Director – Strategy and Asset Allocation for seven years and spent the first six years at Boeing as the Managing Director – Alternatives. Prior to joining Boeing in November 2005, she was a Senior Vice President at GE Capital where she focused on both Private Equity Fund and direct equity investing. From 1995 to 2002 she was a member of The University of Chicago Office of Investments and for the last three years of her tenure, the Assistant Vice President and Director of Private Equity.
Ms. Tulach received an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago and a B.S. degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a CFA Charterholder. She is a board member of the Chicago Public Library Foundation and an investment committee advisor to the Cleveland Foundation.
