Eliza McDougall

Eliza McDougall is a partner in White & Case LLP's New York office and Global Head of the Firm's Debt Finance practice. She is also a member of the Firm's elected Partnership Committee. She formerly served as Head of Americas Debt Finance, Chair of the Americas Operations Committee and Executive Partner of the New York Office. With more than 20 years of experience, Eliza is a widely respected practitioner and has been recognized by both Chambers USA and Legal 500. She has a wide ranging finance practice with extensive experience representing leading investment and commercial banks; private credit funds; corporate borrowers and private equity firms across industry sectors and deal structures including leveraged and investment-grade acquisition financings, syndicated lending, private credit, hybrid capital, asset-based lending, project finance, structured finance and general corporate lending transactions. In addition, Eliza has a proven ability to manage complex, multijurisdictional transactions and works seamlessly with teams of the Firm's lawyers from around the world.
