Diane Brady is an award-winning journalist, author and media executive who covers the issues and leaders impacting the global business landscape. In addition to writing Fortune’s CEO Daily newsletter, she writes features, hosts podcasts, and oversees Fortune’s CEO Initiative. She has reported from seven continents and lived on four, working for Forbes, McKinsey, Bloomberg, BusinessWeek, the Wall Street Journal, Maclean’s, and UNEP.
Her book Fraternity was named one of Amazon’s best books of 2012, and she also co-wrote Connecting the Dots with former Cisco CEO John Chambers. A former national debating champion, she's taught those skills in schools and newsrooms. She has also served on the board of the Overseas Press Club and other industry groups. Raised in Scotland and Canada, she lives in New York.
