Daniel Gamba

Daniel Gamba is Co-President and Chief Commercial Officer of Franklin Templeton, one of the world’s largest asset managers, He helps shape the firm’s global strategy and leads the client agenda—spanning global distribution, marketing, and product strategy—to deliver innovative investment solutions across public and private markets. Previously, heserved as President of Northern Trust Asset Management ($1.3T AUM), where I led investment performance, client solutions, and innovation. During my tenure, the business returned to positive organic growth, expanded globally, and launched new strategies across asset classes. Before that, Daniel spent 22 years at BlackRock in senior leadership roles across portfolio management, distribution, and product. Daniel was past Chair of the CFA Institute Board of Governors where we spent 7 years. He holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a BS in engineering from Universidad Catolica del Peru.
