Camilla Languille

Co-CEO, Private Equity, Mubadala
Camilla Languille is Co‑CEO of Mubadala’s Private Equity platform, which executes global direct investments and actively manages a diversified portfolio of growth‑oriented companies across sectors including Healthcare, Technology, Consumer, Financial Services, Industrial & Business Services, and Energy & Sustainability. Camilla has been with Mubadala Private Equity since 2013 and has played a pivotal role in building and scaling the platform. She led the development of Mubadala’s Healthcare portfolio and global investments team, executing landmark investments such as PCI Pharma, Envirotainer, Evotec, and Norstella, while establishing teams across Abu Dhabi, New York, London, and Beijing. Prior to leading Healthcare, Camilla managed the Technology portfolio, overseeing GlobalFoundries and leading the monetisation of Advanced Micro Devices (AMD). Earlier in her Mubadala career, she was responsible for the Utilities and Mining portfolios. Before joining Mubadala, Camilla worked in M&A at Daiwa Capital and Société Générale in Paris, focusing on healthcare, technology, and industrials. She also held investment roles at Virgin Group in London, where she managed the Special Situations portfolio and helped launch Virgin Healthcare. She began her career in Healthcare M&A at JPMorgan in New York and London. Camilla currently serves on the Boards of GlobalFoundries, Nord Anglia Education, and Evotec. She is Co‑Chair of Mubadala’s Private Equity Investment Committee and a member of the Group Investment Committee.
