Anthony Martino

Mr. Martino is Global Co-Head of Capital Solutions at Houlihan Lokey, responsible for building and co-managing: Debt Capital Solutions, Equity Capital Solutions (which includes Houlihan’s Secondary/CV business, the Equity Private Placement business, as well as the Direct Equity business), GP Advisory, and Primary Capital Advisory business units – a global team of over 200 professionals. Mr. Martino has been a product specialist in the private capital markets focusing on raising debt and equity capital to support refinancings, recapitalizations, restructurings, initial leveraged buyouts, tack-on acquisitions and growth capital initiatives as well as advising companies on a wide range of capital structure matters for over 25 years. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Martino co-led the Alternative Capital Markets Group at both Sagent Advisors and UBS. While at Sagent and UBS, he leveraged his deep relationships in the private equity, venture capital, hedge fund, and debt communities to originate, structure, and privately place capital to support client growth and acquisition initiatives as well as facilitate recapitalizations. He also advised corporate and financial sponsor clients on structured debt and minority equity investments. Mr. Martino graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Colgate University with bachelor’s degrees in Philosophy and Economics. He also holds a J.D. and an MBA from Emory University and was a licensed member of the New York State Bar.
