Ann-Marie Griffith

Ann-Marie Griffith is Managing Director, Global Fixed Income; a member of the US Executive Committee for APG Asset Management US Inc.; and a member of the MT-CIO.  With 30+ years of investment experience, Ms. Griffith leads MT-Fixed Income and is responsible for implementation of Client Mandates across Global Fixed Income strategies including investment cases, first line risk management, allocation, hedging and product innovation. She leads 68 investment professionals and their work in Credits, Alternative Credits, Government Bonds and Emerging Market Debt, Responsible Investing and Digitalization priorities. She is the chair of the Total Credits Relative Value Group and a member of Global Credits Relative Value Group, US Fixed Income Strategy Team, Committee for Investment Proposals, Best Execution Committee and Responsible Investment Committee. Ms. Griffith serves on the US D&I Board and as a Global D&I Ambassador.  She joined APG in 1999 from UBS Asset Management. During her 10-year tenure at UBS, Ms. Griffith was a Senior Portfolio Manager for the US Money Market Funds, Short Duration strategies and the Corporate component of US Core Bond Plus Funds. She partnered with the Marketing and Development team in attracting new assets and sustaining client relationships.  Ms. Griffith holds a BA from Franklin and Marshall College; an MBA from Long Island University, earned her Sustainable Investment Professional Certification from Concordia University and Institutional Advisor Certification from the Dutch Securities Institute.
