Mr. Wachsberger is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Eldridge Acre Partners (EAP), which operates in a strategic partnership with Eldridge Industries. Prior to co-founding EAP, he served as the Chief Executive of AECOM Capital, where he played a key role since the firm’s inception in 2013. During his tenure, he led capital raising, deal sourcing, transaction structuring, and investment execution across a broad range of real estate and infrastructure projects. Earlier in his career, he worked in consulting at global professional services firm KPMG, followed by a role at a fully integrated real estate investment firm focused on retail development. Mr. Wachsberger holds a B.A. in Economics, a B.S. in Business Finance, and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California. He is a member of the Real Estate Round Table and serves on the Board of Trustees at Campbell Hall, an independent school in Los Angeles. He is also on the board of A New Life, a nonprofit dog rescue organization.
