Tilli Bannett has been a venture capital investor for over 15 years. She is currently Managing Partner at Pinegrove Ventures (previously SVBCapital), a multi-strategy venture capital investment platform which manages approximately $10b of AUM across Fund of Fund, Direct and Private Credit strategies, with the support and backing of Brookfield and Sequoia Heritage. Before SVB Capital, Tilli was a partner with Greylock IL, a fund originally affiliated with Greylock Partners, whose mandate is to invest in European and Israeli early-stage tech companies. Tilli was with Greylock IL (now 83North) for 10 years. Tilli is also one of the co-founders of At-bay, a full-stack specialty insure-tech carrier aimed at mitigating financial losses to enterprises resulting from digital risks, including cyber-attacks and crimes. At-Bay has been on the Forbes fintech 50 list in both 2023 and 2024 and has received an AM best rating of A-. The company has north of 35,000 policy holders. Tilli has a BA (Magna cum laude) from Hebrew University in Psychology and an MBA from MIT. She lives in Palo Alto with her husband, an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Stanford Medicine, and her 4 children.
