Tilli Bannett has been a venture capital investor for over 15 years. She is currently Managing Partner at Pinegrove Ventures (previously SVBCapital), a multi-strategy venture capital investment platform which manages approximately $10b of AUM across Fund of Fund, Direct and Private Credit strategies, with the support and backing of Brookfield and Sequoia Heritage. She is also a Senior Managing Director at Intel Capital, a firm that has invested more than US $20 billion in the future of compute, backing standout, early-stage startups across four key areas of the tech ecosystem: Silicon, Frontier, Devices and Cloud. Intel Capital-backed companies have produced more than 700 IPOs and exits and created more than US $100 billion in market value in the past 10 years. Before SVB Capital, Tilli was a partner with Greylock IL, a fund originally affiliated with Greylock Partners, whose mandate is to invest in European and Israeli early-stage tech companies. Tilli was with Greylock IL (now 83North) for 10 years. Tilli is one of the co-founders of At-bay, a full-stack specialty insure-tech carrier aimed at mitigating financial losses to enterprises resulting from digital risks, including cyber-attacks and crimes. At-Bay has been on the Forbes fintech 50 list in both 2023 and 2024 and has received an AM best rating of A-. The company has north of 35,000 policy holders. Tilli has a BA (Magna cum laude) from Hebrew University in Psychology and an MBA from MIT. She lives in Palo Alto with her husband, a Pediatrician at Stanford Medicine, and her 4 children.
