Stephanie March is an actor, activist, and entrepreneur. In addition to her role as US Board Director of Panzi Foundation and Hospital, Ms. March serves on the boards of The Whitney Museum of American Art, The Gotham Film & Media Institute and the Board of Advisors for Northwestern University’s School of Communication. She is a long-time advocate for Planned Parenthood and formerly served on the board of Planned Parenthood Global. She has also served on the boards of One Kid One World and World of Children and is the recipient of WOC’s 2016 Board of Governors’ Award. Ms. March spends a significant amount of time traveling globally in her capacity as an activist for causes benefiting women’s health, safety and education. Best known for her role as ADA Alex Cabot on TV’s hit series, Law & Order SVU, Ms. March most recently played Blinky in Ava DuVernay’s film, ‘Origin’ and Angelica Wyatt in ‘Harlan Coben’s Shelter’. In 2019, she made her debut as an executive producer – as well as a cast member – in the award-winning social media mockumentary, ‘The Social Ones’, which was written, produced, and directed entirely by women. Stephanie March is a graduate of Northwestern University and resides in NYC with her husband, Dan Benton, and her Maine Coon, Taco Cat.
