Sean Glodek

Vice Chairman, CT Bright Holdings

Since 2019, Mr. Glodek served as a Vice Chairman of CT Bright Holdings, a wholly owned investment subsidiary of C.P. Group, where he coordinates investment activities and strategic partnerships for the Chairman’s office across C.P. Group companies. He also served as a Senior Advisor to C.P. Group Chairman Soopakij Chearavanont since 2018. From 2011 to 2017, Mr. Glodek was a Deputy CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and a Director of the Russia China Investment Fund (RCIF), where he coordinated investment activity and a number of key strategic partnerships with Sovereign Wealth Funds and Pension Funds across the world to invest in Russia and selectively in China. Prior to RDIF, Mr. Glodek was based in Warsaw, Poland where he led a regional office of Darby Private Equity, a private markets investment arm of Franklin Templeton and in Germany where he co-founded surplex.com, an industrial equipment internet trading platform. Earlier in his career, Mr. Glodek worked at a private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in both New York and London and as an M&A investment banker at Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers in New York. Mr. Glodek received a BA in Economics with Honors from Stanford University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
