Rick Newman

Rick Newman is a senior columnist for Yahoo Finance in New York City, covering business news and the political economy for the world’s largest financial news site. Before joining Yahoo in 2013, Rick was chief business correspondent, and before that chief Pentagon correspondent, for U.S. News & World Report in Washington, DC. Rick has been a finalist for the Gerald Loeb award for business journalism and he’s a winner of the Gerald Ford award for reporting on national security. He’s also the author of four books.
