Mr. Dennis has been with Invesco Real Estate, the real estate investment center of Invesco, for more than 32 years. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Invesco Real Estate since March 2011, and as Chief Executive Officer of Invesco Private Markets since July 2019. He is responsible for the day-to-day strategy execution and management of Invesco Real Estate’s global real estate business. Mr. Dennis has served as Chair of the Board of Invesco Commercial Real Estate Finance Trust, Inc. since December 2022. Prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer of Invesco Real Estate, Mr. Dennis served as co-head of Invesco Real Estate’s North American group and head of its U.S. acquisitions team from 1992 to 2008. Prior to joining Invesco Real Estate, Mr. Dennis served in the investment banking group at Bankers Trust Company, where he was responsible for structuring equity and debt investments on behalf of Bankers Trust Company and its clients. Additionally, Mr. Dennis was with Trammell Crow Company, where he was responsible for investments on behalf of the company’s opportunity funds. He has been directly involved in over $100 billion of real estate investments.
