Megan Neuburger

Regional Group Head U.S. and Canada Corporate Ratings, Fitch Ratings

Megan Neuburger is the Regional Group Head of Fitch’s U.S. & Canada Corporate Ratings group, based in New York. In this role Megan oversees analysts covering non-financial corporate debt issuers who share her passion for building Fitch’s reputation of analytical excellence in the debt capital markets. Megan joined Fitch in 2003 and spent four years covering tax-supported ratings for local governments. She moved to the Corporate Ratings group in 2007 and discovered a strong interest following healthcare and pharmaceutical companies; she served as team head of that sector from 2014-2020. Megan holds a B.S. in economics and policy studies from Syracuse University, and an MPA with a concentration in municipal finance from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. She is a CFA charter holder.
