Matthew Kahn

Provost Professor of Economics, University of Southern California
Matthew E. Kahn is the Provost Professor of Economics at the University of Southern California and a Visiting Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Chicago. He is the author of eleven books on environmental and urban Economics topics. He has previously taught at Columbia, Tufts, UCLA and Johns Hopkins University and he has served as a Visiting Professor at Harvard and Stanford.
