Marina Cançado is a next-gen leader and a leading voice on climate investments in Brazil, globally recognized by her capacity of convening and mobilizing capital to climate solutions. She is founder and CEO of Converge Capital, an advisory firm focused on catalyzing investments to climate solutions. She is also co-founder of the Brazil Climate Institute and the Brazil Climate Investment Week. For the last 15 years, Marina has been a forerunner in the sustainable investing agenda in Brazil playing different roles as an entrepreneur, business woman, advisor, board member, speaker, investor and philanthropist. Given her contributions, Marina was featured in lists such as Forbes Under 30, 100 Climate Innovators, 100 Women in Innovation. Women of our Time among others. In 2025, she was one of the awardees of the Climate Scale-up Prize in Davos.
