Majid Mufti is the Chief Executive Officer of NEOM Investment Fund (NIF), where he oversees global investment strategy, capital deployment, and strategic partnerships to enable and accelerate the growth of NEOM’s economic engine. Prior to NIF, Mufti served as CEO of Aramco Ventures, where he launched and scaled two global venture funds totaling $1.5 billion. Under his leadership, the firm made strategic investments in over 45 companies, driving innovation and growth across multiple sectors. Over his 20-year career at Saudi Aramco, he held senior roles in upstream investments, international joint ventures, and long-term strategy, managing transactions exceeding $7.5 billion and leading key partnerships across Asia. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University and dual master’s degrees in Global Finance from HKUST and NYU Stern. He was frequently invited as a guest lecturer at Harvard Business School and was named to the Global Corporate Venturing Powerlist 100.
