Kathryn Leaf

Kathryn Leaf is Chief Executive Officer of Pantheon, a global, private markets investment firm that has provided innovative investment solutions for more than 40 years. She is a member of the firm’s Partnership Board and its International Investment Committee, overseeing Pantheon’s strategic and investment activities across its $70.8bn platform of private equity, private credit, and real assets. Prior to taking the role of CEO, Kathryn served as Pantheon’s Co-Head of Investment and Global Head of Real Assets. Kathryn joined Pantheon in 2008, and in 2012 established the firm’s infrastructure platform, which has grown to become one of the world’s largest infrastructure businesses. She has also spearheaded the firm’s broader strategic initiatives, including the expansion of the Pantheon’s global private wealth platform. This now encompasses seven evergreen vehicles, offering a diversified range of private markets products across investment strategies, geographies and fund structures. Pantheon's wealth platform includes one of the largest and most established registered private equity funds in the US – the AMG Pantheon Fund (P-PEXX), and one of the first evergreen private credit secondaries funds, the AMG Pantheon Private Credit Solutions Fund (P-SECC). Kathryn has been a private markets investor for over 25 years, and previously held positions at GIC, Centre Partners, and Morgan Stanley. She has a bachelor’s degree from Oxford University.
