Jenny Chan is the Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). CHOP manages an endowment of approximately $4B. Prior to CHOP, Jenny was the Senior Investment Officer for the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation. Prior to 2007, Jenny led the research effort covering hedge funds and funds of funds at Canterbury Consulting. Prior to that she was VP of a quantitative focused fund of funds. Jenny began her career at Salomon Brothers Inc., followed by Deutsche Bank and later Moore Capital. She has over 28 years of industry experience with over 24 years covering alternative assets. Jenny earned a BS in Finance and Accounting from NYU and an MBA from the Yale School of Management with a focus on Sustainability. She is a CAIA Charterholder. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Mather Foundation and is Chair of the Investment Committee.
