Jason Sudeikis is a multi award-winning actor, comedian, producer, and writer known for his signature humor and versatile performances across comedy, dark humor and drama. His decades-long career and impressive list of credits span across film, small screen, theater and animated content. Jason first rose to fame on the legendary late night variety show, “Saturday Night Live,” where he served as both writer and actor for eight consecutive seasons, cementing his place as a fan-favorite and household name among mainstream audiences. Following his early success at SNL, Jason went on to build an illustrious and versatile film career appearing in star-studded films like “Horrible Bosses,” “Horrible Bosses 2” and “We’re the Millers” alongside Jennifer Aniston, and more recently playing opposite to Anne Hathaway in Nacho Vigolano’s sci-fi thriller, “Colossal,” Alexander Payne’s “Downsizing” with Matt Damon and Christoph Waltz, “Kodachrome,” opposite Ed Harris and “Driven.” Known for starring as the buoyant optimist Ted Lasso in the widely popular Apple TV+ series and Peabody winner, “Ted Lasso,” which he co-created and executively produced, Jason is the recipient of multiple Emmy Award nominations and wins including Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series and Outstanding Comedy Series, two Golden Globes for best actor in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy, two Screen Actors Guild Awards for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series, and multiple Critics Choice Television Awards including Best Actor in a Comedy Series and Best Comedy Series. In 2021, The Writers Guild of America presented Jason and the show with Best Comedy Series and Best New Series. The series was nominated again in 2022 for Best Comedy Series. Jason has lent his voice to animated roles including, Red in “The Angry Birds,” and “The Angry Birds 2,” “Son of Zorn,” and Marvel’s “Hit-Monkey.” In 2024, it was announced Jason would star in the upcoming animated feature ‘Hitpig!” to be released in November. With film credits across drama, indie and small screen include, “The Book of Love,” “Race,” “Sleeping with Other People,” “Tumbledown,” “Masterminds,” “Booksmart,” “Last Man on Earth,” “Detroiters,” “30 Rock,” “Eastbound & Down,” “The Cleveland Show,” and “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.” Theater credits include the 2016 Off-Broadway adaptation of “Dead Poets Society” at the prestigious Classic Stage Company, playing the role of Professor John Keating first portrayed by Robin Williams in the 1989 cult-classic film. Jason is a founding member of The Second City Las Vegas appearing on countless stages across the country as a member of renowned touring improv companies and is actively involved with The Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City as well as other charities. Born in Fairfax, Virginia, Jason now resides in New York City.
