
Jarvis V. Hollingsworth is the former Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Irradiant Partners, LP, an alternatives investment advisor with $12.5 billion in assets that focuses on investments in renewable energy private equity and credit, liquid credit and opportunistic credit. Previously, he served as Chief Legal Officer and as a member of the Executive Committee of Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P. Jarvis was formerly a Partner in the law firm of Bracewell LLP in Houston, Texas. He currently serves as a Director of Vital Energy, Inc. (NYSE: VTLE) and the Memorial Hermann Health System. Jarvis also serves on the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Financial Sector Advisory Council and is Chair of the Milken Institute's Inclusive Capitalism Executive Council. He previously served two six-year terms as Chairman of the board of trustees of the Teacher Retirement System of Texas, a $200-plus billion pension trust fund. Jarvis is also a former director of Frost Bank and its holding company, Cullen/Frost Bankers, Inc. (NYSE:CFR), and Core Scientific, Inc. (NASDAQ: CORZ), the largest Blockchain infrastructure, hosting provider and digital asset miner in North America. He received a B.S. from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and served on active and reserve duty in the U.S. Army upon graduation. He received his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. Jarvis resides in Houston, Texas with his wife Andrea, and they have three adult children.
