Erin Lubitz

Director, Milken Institute

Erin Lubitz is the Director of Business and Program Development at the Milken Institute, where she plays a strategic leadership role in driving the Institute’s growth and impact. She oversees the development and execution of high-level fundraising strategies and oversees sponsor engagement across the Institute’s major convenings, including its flagship Global Conference. In this role, she leads Institute initiatives such as the Global Capital Markets Advisory Council (GCMAC), fostering relationships with and curating events for CIOs and senior investment officials from pensions, SWFs, E&Fs, state treasurers, and corporate treasuries to discuss developments in macroeconomic trends and the future of capital markets. She also founded and launched the Rising Allocators program, a first-of-its-kind initiative designed to cultivate the next generation of investment leadership across GCMAC organizations. She began her career in public policy promoting international trade missions within the U.S. Department of Commerce and constituent management in the U.S. House of Representatives. Lubitz graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara, earning a B.A. in communication and political science, with a focus in international relations.
